Transformation Leader

About the Opportunity:

The Transformation Leader will spearhead strategic and operational transformation across North America, the UK, and Australia.

This role will drive modernization of processes, platforms, data capabilities, and AI adoption, while fostering deep partnerships with internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
  • Transformation Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute a multi-year transformation roadmap aligned with regional business goals and regulatory frameworks.
  • Process Excellence & Operational Control: Embedding a culture of continuous improvement and operational discipline across all domains.
  • Process Optimization: Re-engineer inefficient processes using Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies.
  • Platform & Tools Modernization: Oversee the selection and implementation of core platforms across regions.
  • Data & Analytics: Build a unified data strategy to support pricing, risk modeling, fraud detection, and customer insights across markets.
  • Artificial Intelligence (AI) Enablement: Identify and scale AI use cases such as intelligent underwriting, claims triage, document processing, and virtual assistants.
Requirements:
  • 20+ years of experience in transformation, strategy, or operations within Insurance Industry preferably P&C domain.
  • Proven leadership in managing large-scale, cross-functional transformation programs across multiple geographies.
  • Deep understanding of insurance operations, regulatory landscapes, and digital technologies in North America, UK, and Australia.
  • Experience with platforms like Guidewire, Duck Creek, and advanced analytics tools.
  • Proven experience in implementing Lean Six Sigma frameworks to drive continuous improvement.
  • Strong command of operational governance models and performance management systems. MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
