The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee the day-to-day operations at our site, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This includes planning and prioritizing work activities, monitoring progress, and reporting on any issues or concerns.
As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for assigning duties to service engineers, directing their work activities, and evaluating their performance. You will also be expected to communicate regularly with customers to keep them updated on the performance of their equipment, build customer relationships, and monitor and control expenses.
This role requires strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and coach a team to achieve desired results within the constraints of time, cost, and quality. You will need to ensure adherence to systems and norms, continuously improve processes and systems, and make positive changes wherever possible.
Key qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, with 5-8 years of relevant experience in Operations Management as a Site Supervisor. A C license certificate is also desirable.
Required competencies include supervising and motivating the team, guiding and coaching, identifying and fulfilling training needs, providing feedback to improve performance, striving to build synergy in the team, resource management, management of resources-men, materials, machine and money, efficiently to achieve desired results within the constraints of time, cost, and quality.
