Key Role: Microservices Architect

We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled microservices architect to join our team. As a microservices architect, you will be responsible for leading and driving the architectural direction of our microservices-based applications. You will work closely with engineering teams to design, develop, and implement scalable, reliable, and secure microservices architectures.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead the architectural design and development of microservices-based applications
  • Work with engineering teams to implement best practices for microservices architecture
  • Ensure that microservices are designed and implemented to meet the needs of the business
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in microservices architecture
  • Mentor and coach other architects and engineers on microservices architecture
  • Collaborate with other teams, such as DevOps and Product Management, to ensure that microservices are successfully deployed and managed
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 15+ years of experience in software development and architecture
  • 5+ years of experience in microservices architecture
  • Strong understanding of software design patterns and principles
  • Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
  • Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
  • Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to lead and mentor a team of engineers
