We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Microservices Developer to join our team of innovative software engineers. As a key member of our engineering department, you will play a pivotal role in designing, building, and optimizing scalable and efficient microservices.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience in software development with a focus on building microservices. You will be responsible for:

  • Designing and developing microservices using industry-standard protocols and technologies
  • Ensuring that microservices are loosely coupled and independently scalable
  • Implementing continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) practices
  • Analyzing and optimizing the performance of backend services
  • Collaborating with front-end developers and other team members to establish objectives and design more functional, cohesive codes
  • Identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving issues with existing microservices
  • Integrating data storage solutions, including databases, key-value stores, blob stores, etc.

Requirements:

  • Strong hands-on experience in Core Java
  • Strong hands-on experience in RESTful API design and development
  • Solid understanding of Single Sign-On (SSO) such as OAUTH
  • Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their service-oriented offerings
  • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
  • Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities
