Teach Western Dance Styles

We are seeking a skilled and passionate dance educator to lead our Western Dance Program. As a dance instructor, you will be responsible for teaching students various Western dance styles, choreographing performances, and fostering a love for dance among students of all ages.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Teach diverse Western dance styles, including Hip-Hop, Jazz, Contemporary, Ballet, Open Choreography, Fusion, Semi Classical, Bollywood, Zumba, Yoga, and more.
  • Develop lesson plans and structured classes for different skill levels and age groups.
  • Ensure students understand rhythm, coordination, and expression through dance.
  • Provide personalized feedback to help students improve their technique and confidence.
  • Choreograph dance routines for academy events, recitals, and competitions.
  • Organize and rehearse students for stage performances, ensuring professionalism and creativity.
  • Collaborate with musicians, teachers, and event coordinators for seamless performances.
  • Motivate and inspire students to explore their artistic potential.
  • Maintain a positive and encouraging classroom atmosphere.
  • Communicate with parents about student progress, attendance, and upcoming events.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Dance or Performing Arts (preferred).
  • Proficiency in multiple Western dance styles.
  • Strong teaching experience with students of different age groups.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Passion for dance education and mentoring students.
  • Ability to choreograph and create engaging dance routines.
  • Professional demeanor and a positive, energetic personality.
