Job Title: Strategic Financial Planning and Analysis Lead

We are a rapidly expanding global enterprise seeking an accomplished FP&A professional to drive financial strategy and analysis across the organization.

About the Role:

  • Lead and own global budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting processes, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of financial insights.
  • Develop, maintain, and improve financial models to evaluate business performance across countries and revenue verticals, identifying areas for growth and optimization.
  • Prepare comprehensive weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting packages, providing clear analysis of variances, risks, and opportunities, as well as key drivers of value and metrics.
  • Evaluate and analyze potential transactions and product pricing scenarios, including preparation of detailed financial models, to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Manage detailed cash forecasts (TWCF and rolling 18-month) to monitor cash burn and ensure liquidity.
  • Support scenario planning, long-range financial modeling, and ad hoc strategic analyses to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with the CFO to develop pitch decks, road show materials, and insightful analysis in support of capital raises.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • 5-10 years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance in a Private Equity held company or other high-growth company.
  • Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills; experience with BI/reporting tools a plus.
  • Experience working with multi-entity or global financial reporting.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Clear communication skills with the ability to translate financial data into insights for non-finance stakeholders.
  • Ability to be independent, hands-on, and support stakeholders in multiple jurisdictions and time zones.
  • Fluent, professional-level English is a requirement.
