Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Deal Lawyer or General Corporate Transactional Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, and joint ventures.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Assisting in complex transactions, including due diligence, contract negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Maintaining a high level of expertise in corporate law, staying up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes.
  • Working closely with senior lawyers and other teams to deliver exceptional client service.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in corporate law, preferably in a law firm setting.
  • Excellent knowledge of Indian company law, securities laws, and regulations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
