Accounting Professional

We are seeking an experienced accounting professional to join our team as an Account Executive.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, with a focus on general ledger maintenance, bank statement preparation and reconciliation, GST and income tax management, and financial statement preparation.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date general ledger accounts, including debtors, creditors, and petty cash.
  • Prepare and reconcile bank statements, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
  • Handle GST and income tax-related matters, including filing returns, payments, and reconciliations.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
  • Coordinate with external auditors to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing and collections.
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B. Com) or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a manufacturing or trading environment.
  • Strong knowledge of GST, income tax, and other relevant accounting standards.
  • Proficiency in using accounting software such as Tally or Zoho.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
