Job Summary:

We are seeking an accomplished Audit Manager to join our esteemed Internal Audit team.

As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for implementing comprehensive audit programs and executing audits in accordance with established standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute audit plans that align with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with business units to ensure seamless communication and coordination during audit processes.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all audit work papers and adhere to established quality assurance standards.
  • Provide expert guidance to business teams on enterprise risk management (ERM) frameworks and control self-assessments.
  • Deliver training programs on governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) and business process controls to enhance control awareness.
  • Perform forensic audits and investigations as needed, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications such as a Chartered Accountant or Certified Internal Auditor certification.
  • A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in internal auditing.

Technical Skills:

  • Prior experience in the manufacturing or process industry is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with accounting standards including Ind AS, US GAAP, and IFRS is essential.
  • Hands-on experience with accounting consolidation, financial preparation, and reporting is necessary.
  • Familiarity with SAP and proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
