Frontend Architect

Job Overview:

  • We are seeking a seasoned Frontend Engineer to lead our frontend team, driving the technical roadmap for our web stack and fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Key Responsibilities:

As a Lead Frontend Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading and mentoring a team of frontend engineers, providing technical guidance and ensuring adherence to coding standards.
  • Developing and implementing a technical vision for our frontend stack, with a focus on performance, maintainability, and scalability.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address technical challenges and optimize development processes.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest frontend technologies, tools, and trends, and evaluating their potential application within our organization.
  • Providing technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers, promoting knowledge sharing and collaboration across teams.
  • Contributing to architectural discussions and decisions, ensuring alignment with our overall technical strategy.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in technology development or services, including deep expertise in frontend development.
  • Deep understanding of frontend architecture patterns, UI/UX best practices, and performance optimization techniques.
  • Expertise in modern web technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and responsive web design principles.
  • Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux) and frontend build tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel).
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to continuous learning.
  • Must have exposure to Micro Frontend architecture.
  • Must have strong stakeholder management skills.
