  • Analyze data and develop recommendations for process improvement
  • Communicate effectively with production, quality, and maintenance teams
  • Identify and resolve issues related to electronics assembly processes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics/Physics or relevant diploma (no pending arrears)
  • 2+ years of experience in Electronics SMT Manufacturing/Process Engineering (knowledge of electronic components identification is a plus)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to communicate complex ideas simply
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Tamil
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
