Italian to English Content Developer

Airlearn is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual for our Italian to English Content division.

  • This role involves creating high-quality educational content, leading a small team, and providing strategic direction to ensure our language learning app meets the needs of learners in the US market.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Develop Engaging Content: Create Italian to English language learning content tailored to the needs of the US market.
  • Collaborate with Team Members: Work with the Content Head and other team members to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive curriculum.
  • Optimize Content: Utilize feedback and data analytics to refine and optimize content for maximum engagement and effectiveness.
  • Stay Updated: Stay current with the latest trends in language education to innovate and continuously improve our content offering.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Language Proficiency: Proficiency in Italian and strong English communication skills.
  • Content Creation Experience: Proven track record of creating compelling content for language learning, preferably with experience working for language learning platforms.
  • Leadership Ability: Demonstrated leadership ability with experience in team collaboration and mentorship.
  • Curriculum Development: Strong understanding of curriculum development and educational content strategy.
  • Data-Driven Approach: Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to content creation and optimization.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field is preferred.
