Hotel Staff Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, responding promptly to guest queries and resolving issues efficiently
  • Assist with room preparation, cleaning, and maintenance to ensure a high standard of accommodation for our guests
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced hotel environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time to meet deadlines
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and attention to detail throughout the hotel

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Higher Secondary or equivalent educational qualification
  • Strong knowledge of hotel operations, guest services, and room service procedures
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work well under pressure and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

  • B.A, B.B.A, B.Com, B.Ed, B.Sc, M.A, M.Sc degrees in relevant fields
  • Relevant experience in hotel operations, hospitality, or related industries
