Senior Sustainability Leader

This senior role will lead the development and implementation of our company's sustainability strategy.

Key responsibilities include aligning with overall mission while identifying key areas for improvement, developing detailed plans with specific actions and timelines, staying informed about emerging trends and regulations in sustainability, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in environmental science or business administration and a minimum of 15-18 years of experience in sustainability strategy. A relevant degree and certifications such as LEED, CSR, or ESG are preferred.

Key performance metrics will be developed to assess sustainability performance, regular reports detailing progress and areas for improvement will be prepared, and recommendations will be provided based on assessments to enhance sustainability practices.

Additional responsibilities include collaborating with external organizations, enhancing ESG dialogue and ratings, and integrating sustainability aspects into consumer engagement and product stewardship.
