This is a crucial role within our Marketing department, working closely with the FS Practice leadership team to support global digital marketing operations. The successful candidate will be based in our Gurgaon office and will focus on supporting the firm's Global FS Practice.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • ">

  • Digital content development and coordination efforts to enable the team to implement holistic marketing campaigns for the leadership team.

    ">

  • Marketing coordination with a diverse group of stakeholders, including senior leaders and various teams within the organization.

    ">

  • Executing targeted marketing campaigns, managing the FS presence on LinkedIn, implementing the social media pipeline, and content creation activities.

    ">

  • Coordination of events and webinars, research, and tracking performance measurement and analytics.

    ">

  • Gaining exposure to a holistic B2B marketing set-up at a fast-moving and international company.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • ">

  • At least 2-4 years of relevant experience in a marketing & communications role.

    ">

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

    ">

  • Excellent oral and written English communication skills.

    ">

  • Tact, professionalism, and a high degree of integrity and emotional intelligence.

    ">

  • Ability to interact with senior leaders and various stakeholders within the organization.

    ">

  • Ability to be calm, focused, and organized in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.

    ">

  • A business-oriented focus and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in each task.

    ">

  • A team player who can collaborate with others.

    ">

  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and AI tools.

    ">

  • Strong quantitative capabilities and facility with data-driven analytics.

  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems (Salesforce), analytical platforms (Google Analytics, Tableau) preferred.

  • Previous experience in a consulting organization is an advantage.
