Strategic Financial Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned financial executive to lead our organization’s financial strategy, driving growth and sustainability through exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.

The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen, commercial awareness, and excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. They will also have the ability to operate at both strategic and hands-on levels in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires a proven track record of strategic financial leadership, preferably in a high-growth startup. Key responsibilities include developing and executing the company's financial strategy aligned with business goals, providing financial insights and recommendations to the executive team and board, and overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the company's financial strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to the executive team and board.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and analysis.
  • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards.
  • Manage cash flow, working capital, and investment planning.
  • Lead efforts to optimize capital structure and funding strategies.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master's or MBA preferred).
  • Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum 8-12+ years of progressive finance experience, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
