Job Summary:

We are expanding our global footprint and need a strong Senior Workday Analyst to assist with the implementation of our Workday HCM system. This individual will work closely with our workstream leads and vendor implementation partner to revamp business processes and support the project.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the end-to-end technical support for Workday HCM, including core HCM business processes, user security, and metadata setup.
  • Collaborate with business teams to understand functional requirements and execute them through successful implementation, testing, and deployment.
  • Design and develop custom reports for business users and senior executive management.
  • Provide technical guidance and training to business teams on the future capabilities of Workday and adoption blueprint.
  • Act as a technical expert and advise stakeholders on best practice solutions for various business needs.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of proven HR experience working as a technical lead and experienced systems analyst for major projects.
  • Strong experience with core HR processes and supporting technology platforms.
  • 6+ years of strong hands-on technical foundation experience with Workday HCM.
  • 2+ years of experience with ServiceNow or similar cloud application.
  • Ability to analyze and document complex business processes.
  • Experience documenting process and system flowcharts in Visio.
  • Strong ability to collaborate with G&A IT leaders, business leadership, and senior technologists.
