Senior Graphic Web Designer Job Description

This is a unique opportunity to work as a senior graphic web designer in a dynamic environment.

As a senior graphic web designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective designs for various projects. Your primary goal will be to develop and implement design concepts that meet the client's needs and expectations.

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of brand guidelines and visual systems.
  • Create concept sketches, mood boards, and other visual aids to communicate your ideas.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including copywriters, strategists, and developers, to ensure cohesive messaging and delivery.
  • Design and develop websites, landing pages, and other digital assets using Adobe Creative Cloud tools and Figma.
  • Prepare and present polished design work, providing clear rationales for design decisions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in graphic and web design, preferably in an agency or fast-paced in-house team.
  • Strong command of Adobe CC (Illustrator, Photoshop; InDesign for long-form/print) and Figma (components, auto-layout, prototyping basics).
  • Solid grasp of typography, layout, composition, and color theory—the classics.
  • Clear communication and presentation skills.

While experience with e-commerce creatives, performance-driven design, and CMS workflows is desirable, it is not essential. What matters most is your ability to adapt and learn quickly.
