At Thinkwik, we're looking for a skilled Digital Product Designer to help us shape the future of user experience.

We're seeking someone who can bring innovative ideas to life by collaborating with cross-functional teams from concept to delivery. As a key member, you will be responsible for crafting seamless user experiences that meet business goals and user needs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create visually appealing and user-friendly digital products through effective design principles.
  • Translate business requirements into intuitive UI elements (navigation, forms, dashboards, widgets, etc.)
  • Conduct UX research and usability testing to validate design decisions.
  • Craft high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and wireframes that bring ideas to life.
  • Build and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable components to ensure consistency.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging design trends, AI-driven design tools, and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3-6 years of hands-on experience as a Digital Product Designer.
  • Strong expertise in Figma (preferred) and prototyping tools (Sketch, InVision, Adobe XD).
  • Experience with user research, wireframing, prototyping, and design system creation.
  • Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and basic JavaScript to collaborate with dev teams.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven design tools (e.g., Uizard, Framer AI, Galileo AI) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and justify design decisions.
