As a luxury interior design expert, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional projects that exceed the highest standards of quality and aesthetics. Your role demands precision, attention to detail, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design development process, ensuring all design deliverables meet luxury brand standards.
  • Manage relationships with world-class interior design consultants, build and mentor a strong internal team, and maintain personal oversight on critical design checkpoints.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-ground execution matches design intent and resolve conflicts between aesthetics, timelines, and costs.
  • Maintain an active presence on sites to oversee finishing and detailing, conduct meticulous snagging and quality checks, and uphold the highest standards of precision.
  • Balance creativity with commercial sensibility, optimize designs for cost without diluting the luxury experience, and review BOQs, indents, and vendor submissions to ensure accuracy and design alignment.
  • Explore global best practices and innovative materials into projects, leverage digital and AI tools for visualization and moodboarding, and reimagine processes to enhance efficiency while maintaining design purity.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in interior design or a related field is required.
  • At least 10 years of experience in luxury residential or hospitality interiors.
  • Proven success in managing external consultants and internal design teams.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing luxury projects with uncompromising detail and finish.
