Job Title: AI Lead

We are seeking an experienced and visionary leader to spearhead our Artificial Intelligence initiatives, focusing on Machine Learning (ML), Deep Learning (DL), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Generative AI.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in AIOps use cases and a strong technical background in driving AI-driven solutions across large-scale, production-ready systems.

  • Experience in Artificial Intelligence, specifically in ML, DL, NLP, and Generative AI applications
  • Proven expertise in AIOps use cases including Predictive maintenance, Anomaly detection, Incident management
  • Strong proficiency in ML frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn
  • Deep hands-on experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT, BERT or other transformer-based models
  • Familiarity with MLOps tools, Databricks, and cloud-based AI/ML services from Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

The successful candidate will be able to lead cross-functional AI teams, mentor junior engineers and researchers, drive project delivery and innovation. They must have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on results and innovation.

They must also have strong communication and collaboration skills capable of working effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

The ideal candidate can thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment while maintaining high standards of quality and performance.
