Job Title: Intelligent Systems Developer

Artificial Intelligence Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and innovative Artificial Intelligence Engineer to join our team. As an AI Engineer, you will play a key role in transforming business concepts into impactful data-driven AI applications.

Your primary responsibility will be to bridge the gap between innovative ideas and tangible AI solutions, encompassing the entire lifecycle from model development to real-world deployment.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that AI initiatives deliver significant value and are seamlessly integrated into our products.

About the Role:
  • Lead AI Development: Translate business ideas into well-defined AI/ML problem statements and robust model architectures.
  • Innovate and Build: Develop custom AI/ML models from scratch and fine-tune existing architectures (LLMs, transformers, CNNs, etc.) to address specific challenges.
  • Data Mastery: Collect, clean, analyze, and structure diverse data sets for effective model training and evaluation.
  • Deploy and Optimize: Build scalable AI services/APIs and deploy optimized models into production environments, ensuring performance and reliability.
  • Communicate and Educate: Collaborate with stakeholders and product teams to explain AI concepts, potential, and integration strategies.
  • Drive AI Innovation: Stay at the forefront of AI advancements, contributing to brainstorming sessions and fostering an AI-first approach in product development.
Requirements:
  1. Strong programming skills in Python with proficiency in TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.
  2. Solid understanding of various AI/ML model architectures (LLMs, NLP, CV, classification/regression).
  3. Experience with end-to-end AI system development, from data ingestion to model serving.
  4. Familiarity with tools like Docker, FastAPI, Hugging Face, LangChain, or related ecosystems.
  5. Strong data analysis and problem-solving abilities.
  6. Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  7. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
  8. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  9. Strong analytics skills with focus on data mining, dashboard outlining.
  10. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  11. Proficient in project coordination and reporting.
  12. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  13. Strong time management and multitasking skills.
Work Experience and Qualification:

A minimum of 3–5 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML model development, training, and deployment is required.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related field is preferred.
