We are seeking a meticulous and analytical Digital Advertising Specialist to oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, set up, and execute campaigns across programmatic platforms, mobile UA channels, and other digital advertising platforms.
  • Monitor campaign performance on a daily basis, ensuring key performance indicators (KPIs) such as click-through rate (CTR), cost per install (CPI), cost per acquisition (CPA), and return on investment (ROI) are being met.
  • Optimize campaigns to improve delivery, scale, and efficiency.
  • Prepare and share detailed performance reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with account managers to ensure smooth communication with advertisers.
  • Troubleshoot tracking, delivery, or pacing issues promptly.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices.
  • Work closely with internal teams to drive campaign success.
Requirements:
  • 1–3 years of experience in digital advertising and campaign management.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with campaign reporting and optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with ad platforms including DSPs, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and MMPs like AppsFlyer/Firebase/Adjust.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
