Growth & Engagement (25%):
  • Deliver 15% MoM follower growth and 10%+ engagement rates.
  • Share weekly updates on photos, events, and announcements.
  • Drive 6+ Google reviews/month per location.
Campaigns & Initiatives (15%):
  • Execute 1+ localized digital campaign/month.
  • Train students to create content via Social Media Clubs.
  • Track and report KPIs with actionable insights.
Performance Metrics (KPIs):
  • Regularly produce 5 videos/week and publish daily shorts.
  • Achieve 15% follower growth (MoM) and 10%+ engagement rate.
  • Collect 6+ Google reviews/location/month.
