Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Data Governance Professional to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing our data assets.

Your primary responsibilities will include understanding Enterprise data flow and integrations, developing AI-driven strategies for data quality improvement, and supporting data governance initiatives.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data operations and drive innovation in data management practices.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Understand Enterprise data flow and integrations, and leverage AI tools to optimize data operations.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation to support AI-enhanced data management activities.
  • Build and monitor compliance and audit reports to ensure adherence to data governance standards.
  • Collaborate with data stewards to identify, resolve, and prevent data quality issues.
  • Manage data migration projects for acquired organizations, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
  • Conduct regular data quality assessments and audits to identify anomalies and areas for improvement.
  • Implement data stewardship practices to enhance data accuracy, reliability, and accessibility.
  • Establish and maintain data governance frameworks, incorporating AI methodologies to support organizational data policies.
  • Manage metadata to ensure proper documentation and data lifecycle management.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:

  • Functional Experience: 2-5 years of experience in data governance, with functional knowledge of data cataloguing tools.
  • Data Analysis: Proficiency in data analysis using SQL, Excel, and AI tools to derive actionable insights.
  • Data Governance Frameworks: Strong knowledge of data governance frameworks and best practices, with an understanding of data compliance.
  • Audit Processes: Familiarity with data quality assessment, auditing processes, and AI techniques for maintaining high data standards.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, including experience with AI-driven data analysis.
  • Cross-Functional Teamwork: Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to data management, protection.
