Intellectual Property Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Intellectual Property Specialist to join our team. As an IP Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting product development by providing timely intellectual property inputs to relevant stakeholders.

The successful candidate will have excellent analytical skills and be able to conduct patent searches, determine patentable inventions, and file and prosecute patent applications. Additionally, they will lead due diligence activities for products of interest and apprise stakeholders about the value proposition from an intellectual property standpoint.

To excel in this role, you should have relevant techno-legal experience with respect to regulated markets, in-depth knowledge of Patent laws of India, US, and Europe, and an eye for detail and acumen for Paragraph IV filings in USA.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Pharmacy (B. Pharm) or Masters of Pharmacy (M. Pharm) preferably with a Diploma in Intellectual Property Law
  • Relevant experience: Bachelor of Pharmacy (B. Pharm) with 8 years of relevant experience or Masters of Pharmacy (M. Pharm) with 6 years of relevant experience
