Key Responsibilities
  • We translate business objectives into technical specifications and implement changes in systems/user account settings.
  • We manage the technical delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of a Salesforce.com implementation.
  • We perform administrator functions such as user management, profiles, roles, permissions, rules, assignment rules, queues, licenses, capacity, and storage management.
  • We maintain the overall Salesforce.com system, including data loads, backups, and restores.
Required Skills
  • Lightning experience preferred.
  • Experience developing applications from origination through deployment.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, HTML, and Adobe Acrobat.
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce CRM and Salesforce.com Certification is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Maps and Sales Navigator is preferred.
