Healthcare Operations Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Healthcare Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and implement changes that enhance operational efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain accurate reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and make data-driven decisions.
  • Provide expert-level knowledge in Medical Billing, RCM, and AR processes to ensure high-quality work delivery and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Work closely with new hires and team members to provide training and support, ensuring future quality work delivery.
  • Trend errors to determine training opportunities and develop recommendations for corrective action based on quality issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Expert-level knowledge in Medical Billing, RCM, and AR processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, as well as Internet/Web applications.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Qualifications include experience in Medical-Healthcare billing or Healthcare billing.
