AI Engineer Role

This role involves designing and developing innovative AI models using generative AI techniques, large language models, and other AI technologies to drive business outcomes.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and Development: Designing and developing AI architectures, algorithms, and frameworks for generative AI, including implementation of AI models into existing systems and applications.
  • Data Analysis and Preprocessing: Performing data preprocessing and analysis to prepare data for use in AI models, ensuring high-quality data that meets the requirements of AI development.
  • Collaboration and Integration: Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing workflows, leveraging skills in project management and communication to ensure successful integration.
  • Model Optimization and Deployment: Testing, deploying, and monitoring AI models for optimal performance, fine-tuning models as needed to achieve desired results.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Programming Skills: Strong programming skills in Python, the preferred language for AI development, with experience in large-scale data processing and machine learning.
  • Generative AI Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of generative AI, natural language processing, and large language models to understand principles and effective usage.
  • Experience with AI Frameworks: Experience with popular AI frameworks and libraries like LangChain, Haystack, and open-source alternatives, with a strong understanding of their strengths and weaknesses.
  • Prompt Engineering: Understanding of prompt engineering and tokenization to optimize prompts and manage tokenization effectively.
  • Model Fine-Tuning: Experience in fine-tuning AI models for deployment in production environments, with a focus on scalability and reliability.
Optional Skills:
  • Cloud Computing: Experience with cloud computing platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure) for deploying and managing AI models, with a focus on scalable and secure deployment.
  • MLOps Practices: Familiarity with MLOps practices for scalable and reliable AI model deployment, with a focus on automation and reproducibility.
  • DevOps Practices: Experience with DevOps practices for automating AI model development and deployment, with a focus on efficiency and collaboration.

This role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring seamless collaboration and successful project outcomes.
