Job Title: AI Model Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML professional to develop, deploy, and optimize machine learning models. This role involves working with large language models, deep learning architectures, and various software development frameworks.

The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of Python programming, data preprocessing techniques, and model evaluation metrics.

  • Design and implement efficient AI/ML algorithms tailored to business requirements

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on data collection, model optimization, and performance enhancement
  • Develop and maintain robust, high-quality code adhering to industry standards

Required Skills:

  • 3+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering with a strong focus on large-scale model development
  • Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn libraries
  • Hands-on experience with natural language processing, computer vision, or related domains
  • Familiarity with MLOps practices, Docker containers, and CI/CD pipelines
  • Expertise in REST API design and implementation for secure backend integration

Good to Have:

  • Knowledge of vector databases, prompt engineering, or LangChain for enhanced AI capabilities
  • Experience deploying models to production environments using scalable infrastructure
