Business Development Manager

At Global Dynamic Talent Solutions, we seek a skilled Business Development Manager - Staffing Specialist to drive business growth and expansion. Key responsibilities include identifying potential clients with manpower requirements, meeting clients to understand their needs, and providing relevant solutions. Additionally, the ideal candidate will develop relationships with prospective clients, maintain existing client relationships, and manage the sales process to close new business opportunities.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
- Cold call as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities. Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.
- Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.
- Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization to maintain a good rapport with them.
- Research and build relationships with new clients. Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.
- Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.
- Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.
- Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
- Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
- Negotiating with clients to secure the most revenue part.
- Responsible for the end-to-end process of Manpower requirement gathering to till the candidate on-boarding to the client place.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Age: 25-40 years.
- Minimum of 7-8 years of experience in business development, with a strong track record of success in the staffing industry.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to plan and organize.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent multitasking skills, being able to manage multiple projects at the same time.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Language: English.
- Additional skills: Knowledge of recruitment processes and procedures.

- Experience in the staffing industry.
