Job Description

The role involves overseeing the successful implementation and management of global projects for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. This includes coordinating internal and external stakeholders, creating project plans, status reports, and risk assessments, as well as ensuring compliance with governance and change management standards.

The successful candidate will also serve as a trusted advisor to project teams and business stakeholders, recommending optimal technical solutions based on best practices and system architecture. They will analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications, design and implement integrations with local systems, conduct testing, issue resolution, and release management, and develop and maintain reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in managing HR IT projects, preferably with SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Proficiency in both agile and traditional project management methodologies.
  • Experience with international rollouts, preferably in Europe.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
  • Intercultural competence and experience working in multinational project teams.
  • Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style.
