We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors PMGM Consultant to expand our team.

  • Our ideal candidate will have at least 8+ years of experience in SAP & 5+ years of hands-on experience working exclusively in SAP SuccessFactors. The candidate should be able to design and configure PMGM & SMCDP modules including goal plan templates, performance forms, competencies, development plans etc.

    The consultant will also conduct workshops with HR / business stakeholders to gather requirements, understand process gaps and propose improvements or best practice solutions.

    Key Responsibilities include:

    1. Design and configure PMGM & SMCDP modules including goal plan templates, performance forms, competencies, development plans etc.
    2. Conduct workshops with HR / business stakeholders to gather requirements, understand process gaps and propose improvements or best practice solutions.
    3. Translate business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs.
    4. Configure workflows, permissions, MDF objects, business rules, route maps, rating scales, calibrations, 360 review functionality etc.
    5. Perform data migration where required; prepare and execute test cases; manage user acceptance testing; ensure quality delivery.
    6. Provide post-go-live support: hypercare, defect resolution, enhancements, managing change requests.
    7. Create and maintain documentation including configuration workbooks, functional specs, test plans, user guides / training materials.
    8. Train end users, HR teams, and super-users on PMGM & SMCDP functionality.
    9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (other SF modules, technical/integration teams etc.).
    10. Drive continuous improvements: suggest process enhancements, optimize performance workflows, incorporate new SF features.
    11. Ensure data security, role-based access and permissions, and compliance with relevant company policies
