High Net Worth Client Relationship Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a High Net Worth Client Relationship Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our most valued clients.

As a key member of our client facing team, you will be the primary point of contact for high net worth individuals, providing exceptional service and ensuring their needs are met. You will work closely with our sales and design teams to offer personalized consultations and tailored solutions to help clients choose jewelry pieces that meet their preferences and occasions.

Your expertise in fine jewelry or luxury goods will enable you to provide insightful recommendations and showcase our exquisite collections. You will also be responsible for handling and resolving client inquiries, concerns or feedback in a timely and professional manner.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-first attitude. You will have a keen understanding of fine jewelry or luxury goods and be able to manage multiple clients while providing a high level of attention to detail.

A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field is required, along with proven experience in a similar role within luxury retail, hospitality or similar industries. Proficiency in CRM software is a plus.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
  • Proven experience in a similar role within luxury retail, hospitality or similar industries

  • Ability to manage multiple clients and provide a high level of attention to detail
