Skillful Backend Developer

We are a technology company that specializes in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML). Our mission is to push the frontiers of AI to solve real-world problems.

Our team consists of experienced professionals who have worked on various AI projects. We are based in Mumbai, India, and we love to work in person from our office at IIT-Bombay (Powai).

The ideal candidate will have experience working with Python, Django, Fast API, and GenAI stack.

We are seeking a skilled backend developer who can design and optimize scalable backend systems to support high-traffic applications, write and maintain testable, efficient, and reusable code, manage project priorities and deliverables with technical expertise, collaborate with Product and Tech teams on user-facing products, mentor teammates and set high technical standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Backend Development: Design and develop scalable backend systems to support high-traffic applications
  • Code Quality: Write and maintain testable, efficient, and reusable code
  • Project Management: Manage project priorities and deliverables with technical expertise
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with Product and Tech teams on user-facing products
  • Mentorship: Mentor teammates and set high technical standards

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science or related fields.
  • 4+ years of experience working as a backend developer.
  • Proficient in Python.
  • Hands-on experience working with Django, Fast API or similar frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience working with GenAI stack.
  • Strong knowledge of database systems.
  • Hands-on experience working with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud, AWS or Azure.
  • Understanding of microservices architecture and containerisation technologies like Docker or Kubernetes.
  • Proficiency in Scalability and Performance Optimisation.
  • Strong coding, logical and problem-solving abilities.
