**Bioprocessing Excellence Seeker**

As a Bioprocessing Excellence Seeker, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing upstream process development, process scale-up, and characterization for monoclonal antibody (mAb) manufacturing.

We are seeking an individual with strong technical expertise in cell culture to develop and establish scalable and robust processes that meet desired product yield and quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with cross-functional teams within Research & Development (R&D) and other departments, such as manufacturing, quality control, and quality assurance. They will collaborate with these teams to discuss process development, technology transfer, and process improvement initiatives.

The selected candidate will also participate in technology transfer activities, coordinate with program management, and provide support for regulatory dossiers, filing, and audits.

Additionally, they will ensure thorough data analysis for assessing upstream data and making informed technical decisions. This includes recording and reviewing raw data in accordance with Good Data Practices (GDP) principles and preparing work presentations, technical documents, and procedures.

The candidate must possess technical expertise in one of the following areas:

• Omics technologies - Metabolomics, Metabolic Flux Analysis
• Bioprocess modeling - Metabolic modeling, process modeling, digital twin for bioreactor or cells
• Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) - To better understand and simulate bioreactor mixing

**Key Qualifications:**

Recent PhD graduates will be considered for this role. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and be able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Support upstream process development, process scale-up, and process characterization for mAb manufacturing
