Job Summary

We are seeking an accomplished procurement professional to fill a Senior Analyst position in Coimbatore. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing administrative tasks related to purchasing, maintaining accurate records of invoices, purchase orders, and other documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain purchase files, logs, and records of invoices and purchase orders.
  • Enter and update information on various business systems.
  • Assist in expediting orders and resolve issues with suppliers.
  • Coordinate pricing revisions, order cancellations, and delivery date changes.
  • Review and recommend acceptable substitutes and resolve invoice discrepancies.
  • Interface directly with suppliers to resolve purchasing, change order, and logistics issues.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate and place purchase orders.
  • Perform computer queries and conduct research to provide component and order information.
  • Provide routing instructions, track shipments, and interface with carriers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers.
Requirements:
  • Typically requires completion of secondary school or equivalent with experience.
  • Typically requires 0-2 years of related experience.
