Project Leader Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Project Leader to join our team. As a key member of our project management group, you will be responsible for defining, designing, and delivering new features.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Owning the full software development lifecycle, collaborating with teams, and providing technical direction.
  • Leading project planning and implementation.
  • Defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Developing project schedules and timelines and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Monitoring project progress and adjusting as needed to ensure adherence to schedule.
  • Collaborating with teams to ensure successful and efficient delivery.
  • Keeping stakeholders informed of status, timelines, issues, and actions.
  • Supporting project management in managing resources and generating reports.
  • Organizing files, presentations, and communications for future reference.
  • Identifying and managing project risks and developing mitigation strategies.
  • Communicating project status updates to stakeholders and management.
  • Resolving conflicts and issues that arise during the project lifecycle.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle.
  • Ability to lead a team of software engineers in designing and developing complex solutions.
  • Knowledge of Rest API, Websocket, OAuth, OpenID, AWS Platform, and Microservices.
  • Ability to identify costs for the project.
  • Advanced understanding of Agile Methodologies, including estimations.
  • Able to critically analyze different implementations and select the most suitable ones.
  • Create high-level implementation documents and support teams to create low-level technical documents.

Key Requirements:

  • 5+ Years of experience in project management roles.
  • Experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
  • Experience working in Agile Teams and working understanding of Scrum & Kanban.
  • Should have experience in project planning and management.
  • Risk Identification & Mitigation.
  • Analytical and personal skills.
  • Must have good logical reasoning and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrate ownership and accountability of their work.
  • Interest in new technologies and innovation trends.
  • Multi-tasking capabilities and team management.
  • Be able to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Be able to resolve conflicts amicably.
  • Forward-thinking.
