Linux Support Engineer\

This is an exciting opportunity to work with our company as a Linux Support Engineer.

\
  • Identify hardware and software requirements related to product implementation.
  • Keep yourself updated with the latest trends in hardware and software infrastructure.
  • Design highly available product deployment architecture, networking architecture, and storage architecture, virtualization architecture.
  • Design network security as per customer requirement.
  • Design and deploy hardware, software, and application monitoring tools.
  • Use automation for deployments and system upgrades.
  • Diagnose customer-reported problems or configuration issues and recommend possible solutions within agreed SLAs.
  • Provide technical reviews of user documentation, product requirements documents, product videos, and other functional specifications.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Linux, Linux virtualization - KVM/Oracle Virtualization, Ansible, Python, Shell Scripting, and using monitoring tools like Nagios.

Job Requirements:

  • BE (IT/Computers), MCA degree.
  • At least 2 years of experience in software and hardware infrastructure implementation and support.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
