Senior Financial Planning Analyst Role

The successful Senior Financial Planning Analyst will lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting for the global marketing organization.

This role requires analyzing marketing campaign spend, conducting variance analysis, and delivering actionable insights. The candidate must be able to partner with senior marketing leaders to optimize investments and drive cost efficiencies.

Presentation of financial performance and trends to stakeholders is also a key responsibility in this position.

Cross-functional collaboration with other teams is necessary to ensure data accuracy in various tools and systems.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in FP&A or financial analysis, preferably in a marketing finance function.

A strong proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and business intelligence tools is required. Experience with Allocadia, Ariba, and ERP systems is also highly valued.

Strong communication skills are essential, as the candidate will need to simplify complex data for non-financial audiences.

The ability to work under tight deadlines and attention to detail are critical skills for success in this role.
