We are seeking a detail-oriented construction project manager to oversee civil construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management
    • Develop and manage project schedules, work plans, and resource allocation.
    • Collaborate with design teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion.
    • Identify project requirements and assist in procurement planning (materials, manpower, and equipment).
  • Site Supervision
    • Oversee day-to-day construction activities to ensure alignment with approved drawings and specifications.
    • Supervise subcontractors and site teams to maintain quality and progress.
    • Resolve on-site technical issues in coordination with the engineering and design team.
  • Technical Support & Documentation
    • Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
    • Assist in the preparation and review of method statements, shop drawings, and material submittals.
    • Maintain updated records, daily progress reports, and as-built documentation.
  • Quality Assurance & Control
    • Ensure work complies with quality standards, codes, and project specifications.
    • Conduct inspections and coordinate with the QA/QC team to rectify any non-conformities.
    • Monitor material testing and ensure the use of approved materials.
  • Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)
    • Ensure implementation of safety practices on-site in compliance with HSE policies.
    • Conduct safety briefings and enforce the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
    • Report and document incidents or safety violations.
  • Cost & Resource Management
    • Assist in quantity take-offs and verification of subcontractor/vendor bills.
    • Monitor material consumption to minimize wastage and control costs.
    • Coordinate timely procurement and delivery of materials to avoid work delays.
  • Communication & Coordination
    • Attend site meetings with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
    • Communicate progress, risks, and issues to the Project Manager promptly.
    • Maintain strong working relationships with all project participants.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech).
  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in civil construction projects (residential, commercial, infrastructure, or industrial).
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and MS Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with national building codes, IS codes, and construction safety standards.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
