Senior AI Project Lead

We are seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead the development and deployment of cutting-edge Generative AI solutions.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Strategic Oversight: Own end-to-end delivery of AI initiatives, from conception to launch and post-launch optimization.
  2. Technical Guidance: Collaborate with ML engineers and data scientists to manage model lifecycle, including training, fine-tuning, evaluation, and deployment.
  3. Cross-Functional Coordination: Liaise with product managers, UX designers, legal, and business stakeholders to align goals and timelines.
  4. Risk & Issue Management: Identify technical and operational risks early and implement mitigation strategies.
  5. Performance Metrics: Define and track KPIs such as model performance, latency, user engagement, and hallucination rates.
Requirements:
  • Leadership Experience: 15-20 years in IT, with 5+ years in AI/ML or software product development.
  • Ai Technologies Expertise: Strong understanding of LLMs, transformers, embeddings, prompt engineering.
  • MLOps Tools Proficiency: 5+ years with Azure.
