We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) with a proven track record in IT Solutions Sales, AI/ML Sales, Data Science Sales, and Data Engineering Sales. This role requires a strong hunter mindset, ability to sell solutions (not just resource placement), and drive growth in international markets.
Role & Responsibilities- Identify, hunt, and onboard new customers across global markets (North America, UK, Middle East, and GCC).
- Sell AI, Data Science, Data Engineering, and IT Solutions, focusing on value-driven solutions over resource placement.
- Gain a deep understanding of KrtrimaIQ's capabilities, products, and IP, and translate them into customer-focused solutions.
- Consistently achieve revenue growth, sales targets, and order booking goals.
- Build relationships with C-level executives, decision-makers, and technical leaders.
- Independently engage in 1st level technical discussions with clients without always relying on technical teams.
- Use social media, LinkedIn, networking, and digital channels to identify and pursue business opportunities.
- Work in a dynamic startup environment with agility, ownership, and accountability.
- 5+ years of experience in IT solutions sales with a strong focus on AI/ML, Data Science, and Data Engineering domains.
- 2+ years of proven experience selling to customers in North America, UK, or Middle East markets.
- Experience selling both products and services in the IT/AI domain.
- Strong ability to understand customer pain points and requirements, and translate them into tailored solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to close deals.
- Proficiency in leveraging social media platforms (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.) for lead generation and business development.
- Prior experience in a startup or fast-moving IT/AI services company.
- Experience in selling to GCCs (Global Capability Centers) is a big plus.
