Role Overview
We are seeking a result-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) with deep expertise in IT Solution Sales, AI/ML Sales, Data Engineering Sales, and Data Science Sales. The role focuses on hunting new business opportunities, onboarding global customers, and selling high-value solutions rather than just resource placement.
Key Responsibilities
- Hunt, identify, and onboard new customers globally, focusing on North America, UK, Middle East, and GCC markets
- Sell IT services, Data Engineering solutions, Data Science solutions, and AI-driven products
- Understand KrtrimaIQ's capabilities and IP to create customer-centric, solution-driven proposals
- Achieve and exceed revenue targets, order booking goals, and sales KPIs
- Independently engage in technical discussions with customers to understand their pain points and position tailored solutions
- Leverage LinkedIn and other social media platforms to generate leads and business opportunities
- Operate effectively in a dynamic startup environment, exhibiting agility and entrepreneurial mindset
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience in IT Solution Sales, focusing on IT services and product sales
- Experience in selling Data Engineering, Data Science, and AI solutions will be a strong advantage
- At least 2 years of experience selling to customers across North America, UK, or Middle East markets
- Hands-on experience selling both IT Products and Services
- Strong ability to understand customer pain points and translate them into solution-based offerings
- Ability to independently discuss 1st level technical details without constant reliance on technical teams
- Proven track record of using social media (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Twitter, etc.) for lead generation
- Prior experience working in a startup or fast-paced IT services environment
- Experience in selling into GCCs (Global Capability Centers) in India is a major plus
