Job Opportunity:

The Director of Learning and Development position is available for a highly skilled professional to design, execute, and oversee impactful learning strategies that align with organizational objectives and drive employee growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Learning Strategy Design: Develop innovative learning and development programs to support business needs.
  • Program Execution: Implement scalable programs for leadership development, employee engagement, and talent retention.
  • Training Program Creation: Lead the creation and facilitation of high-impact training programs, including communication enhancement, behavioral skills, and analytical skills.
  • Culture Development: Foster a culture of continuous learning through tailored leadership training programs and frameworks.
  • Partnerships: Partner with senior leaders, HR, and department heads to identify organizational learning needs and create customized training roadmaps.
  • Stakeholder Alignment: Act as a trusted advisor for stakeholders, ensuring alignment between training initiatives and business objectives.
  • LMS Management: Oversee the management and optimization of the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring seamless access, tracking, and reporting of training metrics.
  • Evaluation: Evaluate program effectiveness using data-driven approaches, including participant feedback, performance metrics, and ROI analysis.
  • Team Guidance: Mentor and guide team members on advanced facilitation techniques and instructional design methodologies.
  • Event Coordination: Ensure efficient coordination of workshops, seminars, and e-learning initiatives, handling logistics and resource allocation.
  • Content Creation: Create and maintain high-quality instructional materials, including manuals, presentations, and digital content.
