About the Role

As a Content Development Specialist, your primary focus will be to craft high-quality training materials for digital transformation and cybersecurity programs.

Your key responsibilities include ensuring content meets quality standards, adheres to industry trends, and caters to client-specific needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Content Development & Review
    • Design comprehensive training programs in digital transformation, cybersecurity, cloud computing, and other technical subjects for diverse audiences.
    • Develop assessments to evaluate training program effectiveness.
    • Translate complex technical topics into clear, concise, and engaging training materials, including presentations, case studies, and practical exercises.
    • Maintain and update the repository of created content.
    • Update the Learning Management System with new content.
    • Review content from team members and freelance developers.
    • Support proposal design and creation for B2B clients and training outlines.
    • Coordinate with graphic designers to format content in required templates.
  • Product, Client, and Trainer Support
    • Organize meetings and deliver 'train the trainer' sessions for internal and freelance trainers.
    • Facilitate client support activities through timely communication of issues to relevant parties within Kaplan MENA.
    • Support other trainers, including freelancers, to prepare them for assigned trainings.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • At least one certification among CompTIA Security+, CRISC, CISSP, CEH, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, AZ-900, or equivalent degrees.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience designing high-quality training programs on complex technical topics.
  • Excellent presentation skills – written and verbal.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Solid knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
