Key Responsibilities:- We seek candidates with proficient basic computer knowledge, excellent website research & navigation skills, and the ability to read, understand, and interpret content effectively.
- Candidates should be flexible to work in 24*7 environments, comfortable with night shifts (rotational), and possess excellent verbal, written communication, interpretation, and active listening skills.
- A good command over English Grammar and Fluency in English is essential. Candidates must also be able to manage outbound calls in a timely manner following scripts when handling different subjects/scenarios.
- The ideal candidate will have the ability to assimilate process knowledge quickly and efficiently, with effective probing & analyzing skills and the capability of doing multi-tasking of voice & data entry.
- B.COM/BBA/MBA/M.COM (only graduates are eligible for the interview) and 15 Years (10+2+3) of qualification are mandatory.
