We are seeking a highly skilled and organized professional to fill the role of Out-of-Hours Consultant. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Filling shifts during out-of-hours periods is a critical aspect of this role.
  • Responding to candidate and client inquiries in a timely manner will ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Managing new agency booking requests will require effective organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Uploading shifts to the CRM system, reviewing client-provided spreadsheets, and ensuring all shifts match the Rota will be essential responsibilities.
  • Chasing candidates for shift availability, cross-checking spreadsheets, and monitoring client portals will be crucial to success in this role.
  • Maintaining accurate records, managing late logins and cancellations, and continuously monitoring client portals will be key responsibilities.
  • Providing support to the compliance team, chasing missing timesheets, and keeping all client trackers updated will also be required.
