Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned project manager to lead and deliver high-end interior design and fit-out projects across residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors.

The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and proven ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to world-class quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple projects from inception to completion.
  • Determine project scope, timelines, and deliverables with clients & design teams.
  • Drive the full project lifecycle initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and handover.
  • Act as the primary liaison for clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
  • Ensure clear communication of requirements, progress, and design intent.
  • Foster strong relationships and resolve conflicts.
  • Develop detailed project schedules, resource plans, and milestones.
  • Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
  • Control costs, approve procurements, and track subcontractor payments.
  • Lead site teams, engineers, and subcontractors to deliver on time and to spec.
  • Conduct regular site inspections for progress, quality, and safety compliance.
  • Ensure smooth client handover.
  • Maintain adherence to design specifications, industry standards, and regulations.
  • Implement HSE protocols across project sites.
  • Review shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership & team management.
  • Proficient in MS Project / Primavera & AutoCAD.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling.
  • In-depth knowledge of interior materials, finishes, MEP coordination, and fit-out execution.

Preferred:

  • PMP / PRINCE2 Certification.
  • Experience with luxury interiors or international clients.
  • Exposure to sustainable interior practices.
