We're seeking a skilled Technical Content Developer to create high-quality, customer-focused content.

  • This role involves designing and delivering comprehensive user guides, concepts, and tasks for our advanced software products.
  • You'll work closely with stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand customer needs and identify requirements.

The ideal candidate is a persistent self-starter with strong collaboration skills who can excel in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop best-in-class user content, including comprehensive concepts and tasks.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify requirements and customer needs.
  • Analyze product descriptions and recommend documentation approaches.
  • Learn the customer experience through hands-on usage of our cloud networking products.
  • Follow established style guidelines to ensure consistency and completeness.
  • Lead technical documentation efforts with a small team.
Required Skills:
  • Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality technical content.
  • 5+ years of experience producing technical content.
  • BA/BS in Technical Writing, English, or related field.
  • Good understanding of technology concepts such as cloud computing, automation, and security.
  • Ability to research complex technical concepts independently and collaboratively.
  • Familiarity with XML authoring and content management tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication and collaboration skills.
